Is my insurance accepted?

We accept the following:

  • CDPHP(we no longer accept CDPHP medicaid)

  • MVP/Cigna

  • Blue Shield of NENY

  • Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield

  • Tricare/Humana

  • United Healthcare

  • Excellus

What if my Insurance does not Cover Therapy?

  • If you choose to pursue coverage through your insurance, we are required to submit to your insurance company first.

  • If you are denied for any reason, then a private pay plan can be implemented.

NOTE:

Private pay is always an option for those who do not have insurance or for those patients who do not want to go through their insurance plan.

What should I bring on my first visit?

  • Please bring your prescription from your doctor for therapy services on your first visit.

  • All athletes being seen in the gym should wear work out attire: shorts, sneakers and girls should wear a sports top.
